Payments

Payment is to be made within 28 days of the invoice date.

Should a company or individual fail to pay the invoiced amount within 28 days, Jacki Pritchard Ltd reserves the right to enlist a credit collection agency to obtain the payment outstanding plus collection charges (subject to VAT at 17.5%).  Customers are reminded that this procedure can have a detrimental effect on their credit rating.

Returns

Should the materials be damaged or unplayable on receipt, they should be returned in order to be replaced within 7 days of the invoice date.  Depending on the circumstances an administration charge may be incurred.
